We Treat People, Not Diseases
Our Guiding Principle is Salutogenesis:
A Practice of healthcare that supports the body’s own healing ability and resilience
Sabrina Seeram, ND
Dr. Sabrina Seeram completed her doctorate in naturopathic medicine at National University of Health Sciences and earned her bachelor of science in biology at East Stroudsburg University. She says:
"I have always had the passion to practice medicine. I am the oldest of four children and I have two siblings with Type 1 Diabetes. I grew up watching them fight an ongoing battle to get the care that they need and to manage their diabetes. They inspired me to practice medicine. When I learned about naturopathic medicine, I could see that when medical providers embrace and enhance physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness, they can help people with chronic conditions have a better quality of life.
Another part of my past that informs how I practice as a doctor is that I struggle with an autoimmune condition. I was undiagnosed for almost a year until I finally got a diagnosis. I know how it feels to not feel like your full self. I also understand what it feels like to not be heard by your doctor. I will listen to you, be your detective, and help you be an advocate for your health.
Beyond my professional passion, I find balance in life with pilates, the gym, hiking, reading, and cherishing moments with my family. I enjoy traveling and learning about different cultures and perspectives. I am also a huge dog lover – I have a 8-year-old maltipoo/havanese named Leo!
As a naturopathic doctor, I focus on the fundamentals of healing at the root cause. We will start with the basics such as hydration, exercise, breathing, nutrition, stress and sleep to better address your overall health. We will include interventions like herbs and nutrients as needed.
Each one of you is on your unique health journey, therefore I will make a treatment plan that is uniquely personalized for you. My mission is to empower you to live a healthier life - nourishing the mind, body, and spirit through proactive, preventative healthcare."

Jessica Willoughby, Office Manager
Jessica has worked with New London Natural Health Center for over four years and has worked as an administrative assistant in the field of holistic health for eight years. She was drawn to the concept that our bodies can be utilized more efficiently and naturally, and can be healing mechanisms under the correct conditions.
Jessica finds it a true honor to get to know our patients, and help them communicate their needs to the NLNHC providers in as seamless a manner as possible. She states that it is a very rewarding experience to work alongside practitioners with the passion and commitment to helping people better their lives through health.
Some of her favorite hobbies include taking nature photos, writing (articles, poems, and hopefully someday, a book), and reading. She is also a huge fan of fairies, enchanted forests, unicorns and mermaids and collects anything and everything that has to do with them. Jessica loves lighthouses, collecting snow globes, and she recently took up an interest in putting together LEGO structures.
If you have questions about our services, please feel free to give her a call. She is more than happy to help in any way possible.
