Dr Seeram, Dr. Mikolai and Natasha Singer, APRN are in-network with Aetna, Anthem BCBS, United, Cigna and Husky insurances.
If policies are based in states besides CT, they often do not cover visits
Visits with Dr. Seeram and Dr. Mikolai, are billed as a specialist visits.
You will be responsible to pay co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of the visit.
